Quick note on UGC-DEB and BGV — the two acronyms that come up
UGC-DEB is the University Grants Commission’s Distance Education Bureau — the government body that decides which Indian online and distance degrees are officially recognised. A UGC-DEB approved online degree is legally equivalent to a regular on-campus degree for jobs, government exams, and higher studies. BGV is Background Verification — the check most Indian IT companies, Gulf employers, and government jobs run on new hires. A UGC-DEB approved degree clears BGV at TCS, Infosys, Wipro, most GCC employers, and government authorities. We only recommend universities whose approval we can show you in writing.

Realistic timeline
36 months for a standard 3-year UG. 24 months if the programme has a lateral-entry option you qualify for (some BBA, BCA, BCom programmes accept lateral entry based on diploma or work experience — we verify per university per session).
How much it costs
