- Name, phone, email, qualifications — to deliver eligibility checks and admissions
- Document photos (marksheets, ID proof) — to verify eligibility
- Device and usage data (via GA4, Meta Pixel, Microsoft Clarity) — to improve the site
How we use it
- To produce your eligibility report
- To process your admission at the recommended university
- To communicate about your case via WhatsApp, email, phone
- For legal compliance (GST invoicing, Income Tax retention)
Who we share with
- The specific university you enrol in (only your relevant admission documents)
- Government / regulatory authorities when legally required
- Nobody else without your explicit consent
Data retention
- Active clients + 7 years post-completion (tax compliance)
- Unconverted leads: 90 days, then deletion
