Refund Policy

Final legal language to be confirmed by Simple Degree’s lawyer. Below is the public-facing structured matrix we commit to.

Our refund matrix

• You withdraw before the engagement letter is signed: no fee taken, nothing to refund.
• You withdraw within 7 days of S4 payment (₹2,000): full refund of ₹2,000. No questions asked.
• You withdraw after 7 days but before S5 kickoff: S4 fee retained; S5 never charged.
• You withdraw after S5 kickoff but before admission confirmation: pro-rated refund of S5 portion; S4 retained.
• Admission fails within 60 days due to Simple Degree error: full ₹5,000 refund.
• Admission fails within 60 days due to you not providing documents / not meeting eligibility: no refund. This is documented in your eligibility report before you sign.
• University’s session approval lapses mid-admission: full refund of unused S5; we reroute to an alternate university at no additional fee.
• Your documents turn out to be forged or misrepresented: no refund; may be reported to authorities.

Email complaints@simpledegree.in with your case reference and refund reason. We respond within 7 working days.

This policy is governed by the laws of India. Jurisdiction: Kerala (Trivandrum).
