How to raise a complaint

Email complaints@simpledegree.in OR WhatsApp +91 7034 777 666 with ‘COMPLAINT’ as the first word. Include your name, case reference, and the specific issue.

Our SLA

  • We acknowledge within 24 hours
  • First substantive response within 7 working days
  • Escalation to founder if unresolved at 14 days
  • Final response within 30 working days

External recourse

If unresolved internally, you can approach the Kerala State Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission (for service-quality disputes) or the Data Protection Board (for data / privacy disputes under DPDP Act 2023). We will guide you on the process if needed.
